Newsec Lounge

Exponordia was responsible for the concept, design, and execution of Newsec’s booth at Stockholm Waterfront. The project involved creating a functional and welcoming environment with a stage, lounge area, and coffee station—while preserving the venue’s existing glass surfaces and views.

Following initial digital meetings, a design proposal was developed focusing on brand visibility, technology, and visitor flow. The booth was constructed with a stage, furniture, and technical solutions, while Exponordia managed all logistics, installation, and on-site support during the event.

The booth’s location along a main passage ensured high visitor traffic. Many attendees stopped by the coffee station and participated in seminars, where sound, lighting, and video technology worked seamlessly. After the event, the booth was dismantled and materials were returned for future use.
